Change Management Assurance 

CUE-X can assure or digital or change transformation and provide you an understanding of how the change is landing across your organisation. 

CUE-X has assured internally and externally hundreds of change programs for government, private and ASX/NYSX listed organisations. From working on the inside to looking at it from the outside there are significant differences. 

Change is one of the most critical parts of any digital transformation. It is often the reason they fail or do not yield the benefits that they were set out to do. 

Getting someone in from CUE-X who understands how to deliver digital change in Defence, government, health and transport to look at your change program and give you the assurance and confidence that it is on track or identify opportunities is such an important consideration and investment. 

This can range from a basic desktop and high level review to a detailed document, leadership and team review that identifies tangibly what is working and where there are opportunities to improve. This will include measures and data that you can baseline and compare overtime to provide you the confidence that your program is working and delivering change and transformation. 

This can be a consulting role and opportunity, however CUE-X preference is to partner and work collaboratively with the change team or partners so that it is a partnership and win-win approach for all involved that drives value to the transformation.
